Just wanted to drop a note to let you know how we have
enjoyed the QAS door locking system. It has been a life
saver. Any time we need a maintenance man, pest control,
decorator, or whom ever, to be able to get in the unit,
it is so easy just to get the code from the internet site
instead of worrying about how to get keys back and forth.
One feature that is nice, is the ability to assign one
day or 30 days to a guest or worker. I have been using
this system since March and have just had the greatest
booking year ever.
All my guest are very impressed with the system. They
have made comments about feeling secure knowing that the
codes are different for each guest and that they can change
the code easily with no assistance to a user friendly
code which they can easily remember. My maid service loves
it also. This truly has been a wonderful experience.

The system has worked great for me. I no longer have to
mail keys to my renters. I’ll have over 30 different renters
this year, so it’s saved me a lot of time. I have also
been very surprised in how easy it is to issue access
codes for my renters. I would recommend this system to

The locks work beautifully and have been very popular
with the guests. We send the codes out prior to the guest's
arrival. Since our offices are off-site, they may proceed
directly to the units without having to stop in our offices
first. This is very convenient both for regular and after
hours check-ins. These locks have also been popular with
our staff as we do not have to respond in person to lockouts
anymore. We create an emergency code for each unit each
week and if a guest is locked out we simply provide them
with the emergency code over the phone. Then we reissue
codes the following day for the remainder of their stay.
